Modern power engineering and thermal technology require high temperature and high pressure boilers to produce superheated steam with extremely high superheat.However, for some equipment processes, such steam may be too dry or too hot.For example, when heat exchangers are used in process operations, the use of superheated steam reduces efficiency due to low heat transfer coefficient, and the use of saturated steam is more suitable.In addition, when the dry saturated steam at high pressure is reduced to low pressure, superheat will be generated at the downstream outlet.This requires cooling the superheated steam to the desired near-saturation temperature, which requires a desuperheater.In many cases it is necessary to simultaneously reduce and decompress the high pressure superheated steam. The nozzle of ordinary structure is fixed flute nozzle installed directly on the main road.The nozzle is a cylindrical structure, and there are many small through holes on its surface, which are used for water spray and temperature reduction.When the desupregulated water is in the normal flow, the flute nozzle can be better mixed medium for cooling.When the desuperative water is at a small flow rate of 10%-30%, because the flow cross-sectional area of the flute nozzle is fixed, when the pressure parameters of the steam or desuperative water fluctuate greatly, the desuperative temperature effect will be reduced, and the desuperative atomization will become worse, which will easily lead to water shock caused by water filling in the main pipe.The outlet steam adjustment range of ordinary structure temperature reduction and pressure reduction device is only 30%-100%
