1). Our digital converting machine can die cut any kinds of labels at one time, no need to do die cut moulds.

2). Only takes less than 3 minutes to set up, save time and material cost ;

3). Our digital converting machine is with international CE and ISO certifications;

4). Standard configuration is with two units with 6 digital die cutting heads, can make it to N heads of N units to improve the label die cutting speed.

5). Can die cut many different digital printed label jobs in one roll by our bard-code scanning function, largely improve work efficiency and save material waste. 

6). Each distance between each knife and each unit is auto registered by servo motor, high accurate.

6. FAQ:

1）. Sheeting section is an option or standard configuration?

It's standard.

2). If the machine is stops for some reason (matrix brake) the knives will start from same place or will be some waste?

Actually there are 3 kinds of reasons: 

A. If machine stops because of power off, emergency, then the knives will start from the starting point. 

B. If you press the "stop button" on the machine, the machine will continue finishing the current repeat job, then it will stop.

C. If you press"Immediate stop button"  on the machine, the machine will stop immediately, then it will start from the current place.
